Jamaica Time Zone Guide
Jamaica is in the UTC-5 time zone and is 8 hours behind Turkey. Track the exact live time above, updated every second.
Kingston, the capital of Jamaica, is the birthplace of reggae music and home to musician Bob Marley's house and museum.
Jamaica uses a single time zone nationwide, based on Kingston; daylight saving time is not observed here.
Jamaica uses the same offset as U.S. Eastern Time (UTC-5) but does not observe daylight saving, so a one-hour gap opens up with the U.S. East Coast during the summer months.
